The automatic Wire Stripper Sensor Special is a helper in automation technology and in industry. The Sensor Special is for stripping the sheathing of sensor/actuator or control cables. This tool strips PVC-/PUR-cable sheathings precisely from 4.4-7.0mm Ø (0.17-0.27Øin) without damaging the individual conductors or shieldings inside. This wire stripper is suitable for all current insulated round cables from 8 to 13mm diameter (5/16“-1/2“Ø) on the building site, e.g. NYM 3x1,5 to 5x2,5mm². The 4 TiN-coated blades of the round cut are adjusted of the outer insulation of NYM cables and there is no cutting depth adjustment required. The stripping blades for wires of 0.2 up to 4.0mm² are suitable on stranded and solid cores. A cable dismantling blade is built into the tool with an innovative internal cable duct which allows to make a length cut to easily peel back the insulation on long cuts.
