Art Plast S.p.A. is an Italian family-owned company that has been producing plastic articles since 1981. Founded by Dino Baraggioli, the company began distributing its products in Italy, but from 1989, it started exporting thanks to its participation in the Cologne Eisenwarenmesse. Today the company covers an area of over 142,000 sq. meters, 41,000 of which are covered, divided into 6 units: 3 for production, 2 storage with headquarters and 1 logistics. The catalogue counts over 1,000 references produced internally and covers every sector, starting from home and DIY, reaching to specialized hardware and garden. The distribution is widespread and with presence in all continents, in fact the turnover is divided 50% Italy and 50% abroad. Art Plast constantly invests not only in machinery and equipment, but also in trade fairs (this year there were 13 participations) and in projects to enter new channels. Always up to date, every year to ensure the best quality of its products, updates certifications and adds new ones: today it is certified TÜV, GS, Plastica Seconda Vita, Remade in Italy, UL as well as CSI and soon also ISCC.
The storage units of the Madia line are composed of 3/4/5/6 transparent tilting drawers and card holders. They are made of PP and have safety locks. Available in different models in terms of depth and height, they have in common a width of 595 mm, which allows them to be stacked one on top of the other, thus enabling the most varied combinations. They are ideal solutions for storing small components, whether spare parts, screws, bolts or other. With their convenient tilting opening, MADIA boxes offer optimal access to the product, making the working environment tidy and efficient. In addition, they are impact-resistant and durable.
Dolly
The Dolly line presents a range of platforms with wheels for domestic and work use that can carry large loads. They are available round to hold vases or wheels, and rectangular in various sizes for different uses depending also on the load capacity required, and in special sizes to move furniture effortlessly. They are made of polypropylene, an impact-resistant material that is highly resistant to oils and solvents. The surfaces are coated with non-slip materials. They are GS TUV-certified, having passed the static load capacity tests for weights up to 543 kg.
Tenax
These floor tiles belong to the TENAX Line. They are made of PVC with different relief designs (grain of rice, bubbles, almond) and measure 500 x 500mm. Ideal for workshops, garages, gyms, playrooms, exhibition halls, factories, loading plane of vehicles and public places. These tiles are durable, easy to clean, with good thermal and acoustic insulation, resistant to most solvents and chemicals, reduces damage caused by impact and vibration, anti-slip, anti-fatigue, easy to install and remove, protects the floor underneath, eliminates dust from old concrete floors.
Panel
The PANEL Line comprises various products, including panels, containers, tools racks and assorted plastic hooks. They are made of polypropylene and have a simple assembly system, ideal for equipping garage walls and workplaces. Made from recycled plastic, they are recyclable and REACH-compliant. In fact, it can be really essential to organise all the tools you have to carry out certain jobs. The tool panels can be accessorised as you see fit or as it is most useful to fit tools of all kinds, as they have different amounts of hooks and containers.
Tempo Line
The TEMPO Line presents multi-purpose shelves, with 3/4/5 shelves. They are made of polypropylene and come in different sizes. These shelves are designed to offer a versatile solution for organisation. Made of plastic, they guarantee stability and practicality and have a very compact packaging with clear assembly and use instructions. They do not absorb odours, and do not retain humidity. They have TUV certification for tested static load-bearing capacity of up to 60 kg equally distributed on the shelves. They are also a shockproof material resistant to cold, weather, oils and solvents.
Eurobox Line
The EUROBOX containers are resistant, easy to clean and modular. They are very versatile, in fact their use does not stop at the industrial field, but also embraces that Ho.Re.Ca. All containers are stackable to save and optimize space. They are available in various sizes and each container can be closed with a lid that has hinges and closures made of technopolymer material. They have a capacity that can go from 3 to 65 liters.
