The Madia line of modular small parts shelves are cabinets made of electro-welded sheet metal with reinforcement bars and equipped with ball-bearing sliding panels. It is a product created from recycled plastic in addition to the metal part. It has several features, including a security lock, a tag holder and wall mounting. They are available in orange in 4 different sizes and two depths of 400mm/600mm, with a maximum load capacity of 175 kg. The use of MADIA cabinets with pull-out containers makes it possible to create tidy and organised small parts storage facilities to make workflow faster and more efficient. With the creation of a system for arranging and labelling the individual containers or pull-out drawers, in fact, the operators know the layout of each individual work material, thus avoiding unnecessary loss of time caused by the search for the component needed for a particular task. This type of cabinet is designed in such a way that it is easy and quick to assemble directly at the place of use. The trolleys are supplied disassembled with assembly diagram and assembly screws. They are oven-baked epoxy powder-coated in RAL 7016 anthracite.
