Heavy lifting device for professional use. Ideal for window frames, drywall panels, security and fire doors, furniture and appliances. Lifting mechanism protected by a metal housing that prevents contact with dust or debris. Beveled base for easy positioning under objects, extended rearward for greater stability. Anchor points to bolt base to floor for additional stability.  Recessed full release lever to prevent accidental release activations. Gradual lowering lever. Lowers the lift plate 2.5 mm with each actuation for precision adjustment. Metal lifting lever with rubber coating for greater comfort and better grip, also operable with one foot. Mechanism allows 8 mm lift at each actuation. Maximum load capacity 150 kg. Lifting capacity: 7 mm to 220 mm. Gradual lowering: 2.5 mm. Base dimensions: 170 × 125 × 6 mm.
